Refund Policy at eSIM Today
Trips don’t always go as planned. You may want to return the data plan by eSIM Today, and the customer team will understand your situation. You can refund the items and services under certain conditions.
Return Within 30 Days
Data plans, purchased in the last 30 days, are eligible for refunds. Expired or used eSIM cannot be returned. We will regard your request, sent by email, within 15 working days. Within this time, the manager will contact you and discuss the refund process.
Receive Refunds in Cash or Bonus Points
If the value of your product doesn’t exceed 10 EUR, the refund will be completed in bonus points. You will be able to spend these virtual bonus points for further services. Note that bonus points themselves cannot be refunded or exchanged for money.
Exceptions for Malfunctions
If your eSIM does not work due to eSIM mistakes or malfunctions, you can apply for any form of refund. This situation covers partially used eSIM data plans and items with the cost lower than 10 EUR. In this case, you need to report the issue and request a refund within 1 hour.
